She was a team captain in her junior and senior seasons at Dos Pueblos High in Santa Barbara, Calif., under coach Dwayne Hauschild...earned team most valuable player honors in her senior season...earned All-Channel League first team honors in her junior and senior seasons...named most valuable player at the 2007 Royal Tournament...helped her team to the CIF semifinals in her sophomore season...member of the National Honor Society and California Scholarship Federation...played four years for the Santa Barbara Volleyball Club.
